We do not "record" our phone conversations to provide better customer service. We feel the service is good if there are no calls to record. Should you need to contact us via land line, rest assured your privacy is being respected.

We house no security cameras at any of our locations. There is never any video taping on the premises of CAFire Inc. unless all parties involved have signed written consent forms.

We never send out unsolicited emails. (SPAM) The only time you will receive an e-mail from us is to confirm appointments, or reminders of service. We will never ask you for any personal information in any of our e-mail correspondence.
