Federal Workers Compensation

Workers' compensation is regulated at the state level. While the federal government administers a workers’ compensation program for federal and certain other types of employees, each state has its own laws and programs for workers’ compensation.

What Is Federal Workers Compensation? Compensation laws allow workers who are injured in the course of their employment to be compensated for their injuries. An injured worker does not have to prove that his or her employer was negligent, or at fault for the injury, only that the injury happened in the course of the worker's employment.

We act as an advocate/consultant for Federal Rehab employees needing representation in a Workers Compensation case. We are fully aware of how the system works, what documents need to be filed on your behalf and exactly how to traverse the Federal Compensation system to our client's advantage.
